Whether I spend time in Nature or forage interior emotional
territory, I believe these paintings are embedded in life through
memory and imagination. They are personal narratives, but the
stories they tell are universal and explore wonder. Each is part
of a connective thread that is our essential humanness. They
are an acknowledgment that life is truly an enigma, and being
present in it is the best we can do.
