ARTA shall facilitate the return of artwork purchased by individual customers for personal use. Amparo shall refund any customer for the full purchase price of the Artwork if the customer mails the artwork back to the return address of the Artist in an undamaged manner and in its original packaging within fourteen (14) calendar days of such customer’s receipt of the Artwork. If the artwork is returned in a damaging manner, the customer shall be responsible for (i) the cost of the return of the Artwork and (ii) any costs associated with damage to the Artwork.
After the expiration of the Return Period, all sales are final.
Commercial/ Institutional Customers
Sales of Artwork to businesses or other customers for business or institutional use are final, and no returns will be allowed.
Cancellation of an order before its arrival will result in a $50 charge. In addition, the customer will be responsible for a stocking fee of 5% of the artworks’ price list.
Amparo has partnered with ARTA to provide shipping services.
Price includes collection, custom packaging, and delivery with insurance.
ARTA offers full risk insurance. In the event that an object arrives damaged or is lost, email firstname.lastname@example.org. ARTA will process all claims.
ARTA will provide estimated delivery dates via email and updates when the shipment is in transit. For large items, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery appointment.
